Over the past several years, the success of our social events has resulted in more Members attending them, which is wonderful. Some Members have also brought guests to our events, which is great, too. However, the growth in popularity has strained some events with capacity issues, unsupervised guests, and excessive waste of food/beverages, which has reduced the experience for all involved.
This year at the Last Day of School Bash on May 25, tickets will be required for any food/dessert/beverage items (pizza, hot dogs/burgers, cotton candy, chips, drinks). Tickets are $1 each, cash only, and available for purchase in advance at the Clubhouse office during regular office hours. Additionally, the office will be open the day of the event for additional purchases. To reiterate, 1 ticket is redeemable for 1 food/dessert/beverage item. Tickets are $1, cash only, and available during Clubhouse office hours.

As a reminder, all persons entering must be Members (or renters) with Sanctuary ID, without exception. Non-members MUST be accompanied by Members for the entire duration of their visit.
