Beginning mid-May, there will be a security guard on duty at the Amenity Center. The security guard will be verifying that those on the Amenity Center grounds are homeowners, verified tenants, or approved guests. You must have your access card with you each time or you will be asked to leave to retrieve your card.
The Clubhouse office will be open from 12pm-5pm on Tuesday, May 28 during the School’s Out Bash. This is a great opportunity to secure a new or replacement access card in time to fully enjoy our community’s amenities this summer.
Access cards may be purchased for $10 each by check or money order payable to The Sanctuary Community Association, Inc. Cash and credit cards are not accepted.
