The Sanctuary Annual Members’ Meeting is January 22, 2018 at the Black Box Theatre at Lawton Chiles Middle School. Check-in begins at 6:30pm with the meeting starting at 7:00pm. Light snacks/refreshments will be served.
If you are not planning to attend, please complete and return the proxy (orange sheet) to Nexus Community Management, 1809 E Broadway, Suite 408, Oviedo FL 32765 -OR- deliver to the Clubhouse office. Proxies must be received by Monday, 5pm (January 21). We need a minimum of 75 attendees (in person or by proxy) to call the meeting to order.
