On May 14, 2020, the state signed EO 20-123 giving conditions to reopen gyms. It cited upcoming DBPR guidance. On May 15, the DBPR mandatory safety measures were released. After reviewing the requirements and discussing them with counsel, The Sanctuary gym cannot consistently comply with the terms to reopen and will remain closed for the time being. The association is monitoring any changes and will continue to re-evaluate as new information arises. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to when our amenities can fully reopen.
