The Association collects at closing a Capital Contribution of $250, as well as a $100 Transfer Fee.
Current Assessments are $350 per quarter.

Title Companies
The Association uses homewisedocs.com for its estoppel, documents and questionnaires portal. All Assessment & payoff information must flow through Homewisedocs.com.
On June 14, 2017, SB 398 was signed. The Association and its management is delighted to be compliant with its provisions. For those not desiring to use www.Homewisedocs.com, written requests for certificates may be mailed, U.S. Mail, to:
