The Sanctuary-issued photo ID card is the only acceptable form of identification and is required for any Resident entering the Amenity Center. If you do not have, or have misplaced, your ID, there are limited appointments available this week for you to obtain one. IDs will be issued by appointment only and you may sign up for one of the available slots here.

  • All appointments will take place outside the Clubhouse to maintain appropriate distancing.
  • Residents will not be permitted access to the Clubhouse for any reason.
  • New Members and renters are required to bring proof of residency (closing statement or lease, etc.) and a completed Access Card Registration form. Established Members and renters (with a valid lease on file) may use a current utility bill or mortgage statement. These documents can be emailed to the office in advance to expedite your appointment.

Appointments are available during the following hours during the week of June 22, 2020:

  • Monday: 10am-12pm
  • Wednesday: 3:30pm-6:30pm
  • Thursday 3:30pm-6:30pm

  • New Members (or Members who have never obtained an ID) are entitled to free IDs for each household member over 13
  • Renters must purchase IDs ($10 per card) for each household member who plans to use the amenities
  • Cost for replacement cards is $10 per card
  • Checks or money orders are the only acceptable form of payment
