Over the past 24 months, The Sanctuary has brought forward a large-scale enhancement cycle for the landscaping around the community. Using the FY16 and FY17 budgets, the association disclosed the magnitude of the effort, and worked through a phased implementation to walk along the effort. While most areas have received positive feedback from most Members, the single area of the west entrance island, front section is less popular with the greater Member base. The board is pleased to accept this feedback and is seeking to revisit the area.
Call for Ideas:
Throughout the feedback cycle, requests have come forth for the board to openly solicit ideas for the west entrance island, front section. The board is pleased to invite its Members and vendors to submit design ideas for consideration. In order to collect these ideas and compare them well, some guidelines, considerations, and framework for submission have been developed.
