Clubhouse
The Clubhouse is open for Members from 4:30am-11:00pm daily. The alarm automatically arms just after 11:00pm. Pool hours are sunrise to sunset (defined as 30 minutes before sundown). The Clubhouse is located at 800 Sanctuary Drive, Oviedo FL, 32766 and can be reached via email or by calling 407-971-9749.
Hours of operation may change from time to time and will be communicated via the website, the community email list, and/or posted on Amenity Center grounds.
The Clubhouse and Parking Lot are open for Members from 4:30am-11pm. The alarm automatically arms just after 11pm. Overnight parking is not permitted.
Basketball/Tennis/Volleyball Courts and Soccer Field hours are from dawn until 10pm.
Pool area and Playground hours are from dawn until dusk. Dusk is defined as 30 minutes before sundown.

To Reserve:
Check the calendar to see if your date is available.
Read the Amenity Center Rules.
Read, complete, and sign the Clubhouse Rental Agreement.*
Drop off the rental agreement with your $200 deposit (check only) to the Clubhouse.
Ensure the space is cleaned according to the rental agreement.
In the event of damage, deposit checks will be cashed and additional fees may be assessed.
Reservations are handled by Clubhouse Staff: who may be reached during office hours at: 407-971-9749
*Party areas may only be reserved by the property owner. Please note, if you are a renter, the property owner (not the management company) must complete the rental agreement on your behalf. Party reservations are limited to one inside party and one outside party per day. No exceptions.
