The Clubhouse is back to regular operating hours of 4:30am-11pm! The pool area will remain closed until all debris can be removed from the pool itself, the pool area, and the chemicals have been rebalanced. Please check thesanctuaryhoa.net/news for further updates.
Thankfully, our community fared reasonably well during Hurricane Irma. There is lots of debris (downed trees, etc.) and cleanup has already begun. Street signage has been uprooted and/or blown away/damaged. The Clubhouse sustained minor roof damage and some water damage to the interior carpet.
Cleanup and repair will continue through the coming weeks. As you can imagine, vendors are in high demand after the storm, however, we are working to restore our community as quickly as we can. As always, we appreciate your patience.
