The Annual Members’ Meeting is January 22, 2019 at the Black Box Theatre at Lawton Chiles Middle School. The meeting notice wil be mailed soon, and should be arriving in homes in the next several days.
If you are not planning to attend, please complete and return the proxy to Nexus Community Management, 1809 E Broadway, Suite 408, Oviedo FL 32765 -OR- deliver to the Clubhouse office. Proxies must be received by Monday, 5pm (January 21). We need a minimum of 75 attendees (in person or by proxy) to call the meeting to order.
Check-in for the Annual Members’ Meeting at the Black Box Theatre at Lawton Chiles Middle School begins at 6:30pm with the meeting starting at 7:00pm. Light snacks/refreshments will be served.
