Register for your website user account
Set up quarterly payments for assessments (due on or before Jan 1, Apr 1, Jul 1, Oct 1)
Contact Security Pro of Florida to setup alarm monitoring
Familiarize yourself with the rules/policies of the association
Familiarize yourself with the governing documents and most common violations
Familiarize yourself with the ARC process
Attend a board of directors meeting. The Annual Members’ Meeting is in January; regular board of directors meetings are Feb, Apr, Jun, Aug, Oct, Dec.
Volunteer to run for a board seat and/or join a committee
Attend community social events and meet your neighbors

Residency will be verified. If you are a renter or your name does not appear in records on scpafl.org but you wish to be added to the group, please email the Clubhouse and provide your Facebook name and Sanctuary address. Proof of residency may be required.
