Summer is the busiest season for party reservations. Reservations are first come, first serve and dates are not considered reserved until office staff:
- Receives your signed rental agreement
- Receives your $200 check* (made payable to The Sanctuary Community Association, Inc.)
- Confirms your requested date is reserved
